cOctopusServer 'Test-TargetResource' returns InDesiredState when no OctopusMasterKey property is set#297

Running a Test-TargetResource on a Octopus-Server setup with cOctopusServer will always return false for InDesiredState if the property OctopusMasterKey is not provided.

I am using:
cOctopusServer module version 4.0.1126
OctopusServer version 2020.03.10
