Transfer ownership of the domain from Antoine

I just bought the domain because I didn't want another entity not involved in OC claims it.
The domain is on French hosting company OVH and paid until December 2024.

@sebastienros who should we contact and DNF about this? They should take ownership and pay for the domain. If they can reliably keep it renewed.

Alternative: Set up an organization in CloudFlare with admin access for us, same as with Lombiq (but there needs to be a super admin account that creates the organization, it can Sébatien's for example). I don't mind Lombiq paying for the domains, because DNF already caused us a lot of extra work (costing us many years' worth of domain price) that we can avoid this way.

Yesterday, I received the notification of manual renewal from the registrar.
I will have until December 2nd, so, if possible, let's find a way to transfer the ownership before that date.

I'm good with a CF org. That's simple, the domain is cheap, and we also have free HTTPS and all the stuff CF provides for sites otherwise.

Anybody with a better idea?

Requirements:

1. Do they allow to create emails?
   Ex: contact@orchardcore.net is currently configured to send to multiple addresses.

2. Do they provide a SMTP?
   We need one to configure it in the settings of try.orchardcore.net to send the email to create a site.
   Currently, it is the OVH SMTP using Network delivery method with username/password credentials.

What does this mean, exactly? The domain is not being freed up, right?

CF provides neither, we need another service for that. A $4/month Exchange Online subscription can cover that with an e-mail address to send from (with webmail and IMAP, but we don't need that) and any number of e-mail groups to receive to by multiple people.

An alternative to send e-mails would be Azure Communication Services, but that depends on a new subscription (see #8 (comment)) and wouldn't fix e-mail receival.

Antoine, you'll be able to transfer the domain following https://developers.cloudflare.com/registrar/get-started/transfer-domain-to-cloudflare/. However, since domain registration is a paid service at Cloudflare too, we need to do something about it, as well as about the legal aspect of its ownership (i.e. who will be marked as the owner in the domain registry; I suppose it should be DNF). I don't know what to do, so contacted DNF, and CCd you three.

Yeah. The free will be enough, but more important is the domain registration, what this isn't about, this is only reverse proxying. We'll need to wait for DNF.
