ROU-12877: Align number patterns with figma

This PR is for aligning the number patterns with the Figma design.

What was happening

• tokens were updated
• badge have specific classes being added for isLight flag that force an wrong color shade;

What was done

• fix badge colors;
• simplify counter.scss;

Test Steps

1. Open the screen of each pattern.
2. Confirm the pattern matches Figma.

• clean all warnings and errors of eslint
• requires changes in OutSystems (if so, provide a module with changes)
• requires new sample page in OutSystems (if so, provide a module with changes)
