Transient connection errors from bodhi.fedoraproject.org abort the entire CI run before any tests start. Use a requests.Session with urllib3 Retry (3 attempts, exponential backoff) to handle transient network and server errors gracefully. Assisted-By: Claude Code (Opus 4.6)
