linux build fails with manty undefined references

The #5 github action logs are gone now but I re-ran the linux build locally (Ubuntu 24.04) and in a fork (https://github.com/lucasw/jolt-rust/actions/runs/17311473946/job/49146353513) and I'm guessing I'm seeing the same errors, a bunch of undefined references:

Jumping back as far as rolt-v0.1.0 didn't help, could it be changes with ubuntu-latest which is now 24.04?

These build.rs files make it so the hello worlds build, but cargo test is failing with the same undefined references: 4c9d221

fixed by applying two changes: (1) corrected link order so joltc is listed before Jolt (GNU ld resolves symbols left-to-right, so the library that references symbols must come before the one that defines them), and (2) added a lib64 search path alongside lib to cover distros like Fedora that put libs there. these are now in main.
