[BUG] upgrading to latest version of package:html causes method not found.

Describe the bug:
Problem occurs when you upgrade the package:html to the latest version
styled_element.dart:31:17: Error: Method not found: 'matches'.
return qs.matches(element, selector);
^^^^^^^

HTML to reproduce the issue:
not required

Html widget configuration:
not required

Expected behavior:
must compile without any issues

Those who are facing the issue and need a quick fix can update their dependency to following in pubspec.yaml:

  flutter_html:
    git:
      url: https://github.com/suhail-121/flutter_html.git

this should fix the issue.

No idea why you ping me - I am not the maintainer of this project.
But the maintainer seems to be busy since quite some time (years).

There are 3 options:

1. All of you guys depending on an unmaintained package start to donate, so the maintainer can work on it because he gets paid for his efforts
2. You come up with a fork and maintain it yourself with an ambition to become the new status quo
3. You privately fork or use a dependency override until the maintainer shows up again

Nothing in that chain involves me - I'm just a drive by contributor who decided to upstream a fix for a limitation I that hit me :)

I strongly advise to move to a different, still supported package. (Context: I was a maintainer here at some point in time.) There are really good and stable alternatives.

Following erickok advice we switched to another package.
We choose: flutter_widget_from_html_core

For simple usages you go from:

Html(data: yourString)

to

HtmlWidget(yourString)
