docs(examples/vue): replace 'nuxt3' with 'simple-nuxt3' and 'simple-nuxt4' examples and include them in the workspace - #12448
Replaces examples/vue/nuxt3 with two versions of the Vue simple example, one per Nuxt major version, and includes them in the workspace.
examples/vue/simple-nuxt4 (Simple (Nuxt 4)): ports examples/vue/simple to Nuxt 4 with the same setup as the other Nuxt 4 examples (Nuxt 4 starter, app/plugins/vue-query.ts, ESLint projectService and typescript.nodeTsConfig). The repository is fetched during SSR with await suspense() and hydrated on the client, and the plugin sets staleTime: 5000 so the client does not refetch right after hydration.
examples/vue/simple-nuxt3 (Simple (Nuxt 3)): a copy of simple-nuxt4 on Nuxt ^3.21.11 with the Nuxt 3 layout. Its tsconfig.json extends .nuxt/tsconfig.json, so it uses the same ESLint config as the other Vue examples.
Removes examples/vue/nuxt3 and its Nuxt 3 entry in docs/config.json, and adds the two new entries.
Removes '!examples/vue/nuxt*' from pnpm-workspace.yaml, so the Nuxt examples are installed, linted, type checked and built with the workspace. pnpm-lock.yaml adds the new importers, including nuxt@3.21.11 and vite@7.3.7.
Merging this PR will not cause a version bump for any packages. If these changes should not result in a new version, you're good to go. If these changes should result in a version bump, you need to add a changeset.
