This PR does a few things: - reorders the tag line to alphabetical based on a suggestion from Board member - Expands the scope of our focus - clarifies where to find historical context - changes some numbers to be more evergreen - updates metrics - updates sponsors and advisory board - fixes a grammatical error

* Updates Home page This PR does a few things: - reorders the tag line to alphabetical based on a suggestion from Board member - Expands the scope of our focus - clarifies where to find historical context - changes some numbers to be more evergreen - updates metrics - updates sponsors and advisory board - fixes a grammatical error * Fix formatting, typo fix * Changed my mind on formatting Also includes a typo fix * Reword to be smoother * Rewording a different section
