Adds a shared "eco-nav" (Case Studies / Discourses / ImpactLex) to the header on the index, study, and about pages so the ImpactMojo libraries cross-link and read as one product. Case Studies is marked current; the cluster hides below 900px to keep the compact header uncluttered. Adds a shared ecosystem nav (Case Studies / Discourses / ImpactLex) to the header so the ImpactMojo libraries cross-link and read as one product. This is the reciprocal of the same nav added to Development Discourses.
