Really is just the title. Downloaded the opentesarena-0.18.0-windows_x86-64 folder, unzipped it, and double clicked otesa.exe and had this error thrown, cannot get past it and I'm not tech-savvy enough to understand it myself.
I have the Steam install of Arena present

Your A.EXE/ACD.EXE in your Arena install is apparently modded. It needs to be the original retail version

Didn't even realise, have used a fresh install and everything works!
