The emu says to me that he can't basicly read or find the .toml config file, which is strange beacause, its created by the emu it self. Try to config the bios with the -b command on cmd, and also manually ad it to the toml file, but, this error seems not related to the bios.
Happened on the latest 0.10.4-alpha build. Maybe i'm wrong, i don't know. Also trying to open a ps1 game with drag and drop on the .exe but nothing. I'm using win10 21h2.
