user-agent.*and OSS-specific overrides to each legacy OSS PyArrow S3 client, including DLF tracking information. Older PyArrow builds keep their existing behavior and warn that customization is unsupported.Depends on the optional PyArrow API proposed in apache/arrow#53291. No filesystem backend replacement or process-wide custom User-Agent changes.
Validation: 29 targeted tests passed; flake8 passed. Cases cover client isolation, option precedence, defaults, older PyArrow compatibility, and unrelated constructor errors. End-to-end testing with the patched Arrow build is in progress.
