Add Nano (XNO) as a fourth settlement rail in agentic payments — a feeless, instant lane beside USDC x402 and Skyfire

Your MCP server already speaks three rails for agentic payments — AGI (x402/MPP prepaid token), direct x402 (USDC on Base), and Skyfire (PAY tokens). This is a request to add a fourth, and to make it a Nano (XNO) lane.
Why it fits what you already built:
- It matches your own multi-rail design. You already let an agent pay per request with no platform account (direct x402). A Nano lane is the same shape — the wallet is the account — with no USDC and no gas on Base.
- The fee floor is exactly where sub-cent tool pricing lives. Your per-request Actors cost cents. A recurring cost of an agent is a Base gas fee on every $1.00 prepayment/refund round-trip. Nano settles in about a second with no fee and no gas token, so a pay-per-call flow for very small amounts does not give a cut to the network.
- The refund model becomes simpler. Unused balances already come back after 60 min of inactivity. On a feeless rail the refund is a plain send, no gas on either leg.
The concrete, minimal change (ADD, never switch — nothing existing changes):
- Accept a nano:mainnet payment option in AGI's minted-token prepay (and/or direct per-request payment) beside the USDC x402 paths.
- Nano's key format is natively address-based (ed25519, ~100 lines to derive), so no signup or KYC sits in front of an agent that wants to pay — same "the wallet is the account" property your direct x402 already advertises.
