Fixes #1094

Clean.Architecture.AspireTests currently targets net9.0 while referencing Clean.Architecture.AspireHost, which targets net10.0. This causes restore to fail with NU1201.

This PR aligns the Aspire test project with the referenced host project by changing:

- <TargetFramework>net9.0</TargetFramework>
+ <TargetFramework>net10.0</TargetFramework>

Validation:

  • The branch contains one commit and changes only this single line.
  • Cross-platform CI on Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS no longer reports NU1201.
  • The current CI runs still stop during restore because of the existing unrelated SSH.NET 2025.1.0 NU1903 vulnerability in Testcontainers dependencies. PR Bump Testcontainers and Testcontainers.MsSql #1081 updates Testcontainers and addresses that separate issue.
