Superseded: the quality-evidence adapter and main-verify.v2 declaration landed on main via PR #12 (commit 9e07a13), and base verification passes against it (43/43). This repair branch predates the runtime fix that routes repair deliveries through review/deploy, so it was never merged. Closing as operator cleanup. |
