docs: add gifs demonstrating entity search bar filter and operator usage

Description

Adding 3 gifs to search-and-filter-auth0-dashboard.mdx to help customers better understand how to use the entity search bar in the Auth0 Dashboard. Each gif demonstrates a different interaction:

• Adding a filter
• Using the " or operator" (equals/is) matching mode
• Using the "not operator" (does not equal/is not) matching mode
