Update iban list based on iban com experimental list#229

Hi @legopiraat, Thank you for the meticulous PR. At the moment I'm a bit too pressed for time to check for any changes in the canonical source. I'll try and squeeze out a release with just these changes. |

Hi @legopiraat, Hmm, this one was surprisingly annoying. My canonical source the IBAN Registry published by SWIFT1. As of the moment I'm writing this, I'm looking at Release 102 of June 2026. I regard the other sources as secondary. The SWIFT spec lists all five of the countries in your PR as non-SEPA. However, the EPC, who actually govern SEPA, lists them as SEPA members2. What this means is I have to reconsider my sources and review my entire dataset, which is something I cannot do right now (this library is over ten years old, and I was working in finance at the time I started it but not today, so it's all a little more distant now). Version 1.17.0 should be available for download from Maven Central soon. Footnotes |

This indeed is very strange, as what I can find these countries were SEPA before June 2026 when Release 102 happened. |
Hi @barend ,
I've updated the iban list based on the iban.com experimental list. Would be so kind to take a look?
We've been using this library and it would be nice if it was fully up to date again!
Regards
