Version bump for #165, ahead of corepack pnpm release:

• astroidjs 0.31.0 (minor): requires louise-toolkit ^0.44.0, the security release that keeps a failed database query's bound values out of every log line, onDegraded event, incident row, sink, and re-thrown error. An unwrapped query error's incident is now named DrizzleQueryError, with a new fingerprint.
• create-astroid 0.14.6 (patch): scaffolds with louise-toolkit ^0.44.0 and @louise-toolkit/astro ^0.10.0.

Made with changeset version. It consumes .changeset/toolkit-044.md and writes both CHANGELOGs, which carry the upgrade steps: bump all three packages together, confirm one toolkit with grep -E '^ louise-toolkit@[0-9][^(]*:$' pnpm-lock.yaml, rename Error in critical lists and alert rules, and resolve old incident rows and Sentry issues. fmt:check, lint:release, and lint:names pass.

After the merge, the publish is corepack pnpm release from RELEASING.md (npm sign-in), then git push --follow-tags origin main.
