The second diagnose run, on bowenlabs/louise-ops#127, ended after three turns with no permission denials and no diagnosis file. The action's log doesn't show the conversation, so there's no way to tell why.
This adds a step after the agent in both workflows that prints each tool the agent used with its count, and the agent's last message, capped at 4,000 characters. Neither agent can read a credential, so the output has none to print.
