making animation for portal recharged / reso deployed / upgraded

We can monitor the portal energy - I propose, that we display a charging-animation, when the portal energy level was raised. this would be the case when new resonators are deployed or when a resonator was upgraded or when the portal was recharged.

the animation/color could be either lila (blue+red) or yellow (green+red). I would propose a blinking, changing between faction-color and charging color.

We do receive individual resonator state, but don't keep track of it currently. Could be done, of course
