Summary

  • Documents the new cross-TLD fuzzy domain matching feature for Salesforce account resolution, which allows attendees with regional email domains (e.g. @acme.co.uk) to be automatically matched to Salesforce Accounts with a different TLD (e.g. acme.com)
  • Restructures the "Determining if an attendee belongs under an account" section into a clearer numbered waterfall (exact match → normalized match → contact email match → fuzzy cross-TLD match)

What shipped

Cal.com's Salesforce integration now supports cross-TLD fuzzy domain matching when resolving attendee accounts. This helps organizations that operate across multiple country domains avoid duplicate records by matching on the base domain name regardless of TLD.
