Add the SV rights owner name (CIP-0127 lock subject) to every SV and every extraBeneficiaries entry in the DevNet approved-sv-id-values.yaml. - SV entries use the organization name without the node suffix; Digital-Asset-1/2 and DA-Helm-Test-Node -> Digital-Asset, Cumberland-1/2 -> Cumberland (separate owners). - Beneficiaries use the organization of the CIP referenced in their comment; beneficiaries owned by the hosting SV use the SV's owner. - The GhostSV-validator-1 remainder entry is split per owner (Ubyx, Fireblocks, Talos, BitGo) using the breakdown from its comment. The party's total weight is unchanged. No weights change; the total reward weight is unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
