test(e2e): add Playwright Vite compatibility matrix - #80

Add a browser-level e2e harness that validates the plugin against Vite 5, 6, 7, and 8 in both dev-server and production build modes. - e2e/run.mjs packs the plugin, installs it into an isolated project per Vite major, and drives Chromium via Playwright - e2e/assertions.mjs checks scoped/global styles, hash consistency, emitted JS/CSS, sourcemaps, and runtime errors - move examples/simple-vite-5 to e2e/fixture and reshape it for deterministic assertions (component isolation, global-only styles) - add test:e2e and test:e2e:install scripts and document the harness - exclude e2e/ from npm publication, tsc, and lint Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
