Podman 5.8.6, 5.8.7 and 5.8.8 are released, but
--podman-version 5.8.6(and the other two) is rejected. This adds them to the 5.8 aliases, same as #218.Tested: before the change 5.8.6 and 5.8.8 are rejected, after it all three are accepted and 5.8.9 is still rejected. cargo fmt --check passes, 79 tests pass.
