DAOS-19752 test: Use auto storage for create_all_hw.yaml and led.yaml

Replace fixed PMEM and NVMe storage definitions with storage: auto in pool/create_all_hw.yaml and vmd/led.yaml. This allows the tests to run with MD-on-SSD configurations on hosts without PMEM.
