This pull request introduces full support for Study Root C-FIND and C-MOVE DIMSE services, along with their configuration and documentation. It adds new service implementations, configuration classes, and updates the documentation to describe supported features, query behaviors, and usage examples. Additionally, it updates dependencies to support these features and their testing.

C-FIND and C-MOVE Service Implementation:

  • Added CFindService class implementing Study Root C-FIND with support for standard and Dicoogle-style queries, keyword/value filters, result limits, query negotiation (FUZZY, DATETIME), and sequence/nested key matching. Also includes validation and metrics.
  • Added CMoveService class implementing Study Root C-MOVE with AE destination aliasing, candidate validation, and support for query levels and access policies.

Configuration:

  • Introduced DimseCFindProperties configuration class to control supported query levels and max results for C-FIND.

Documentation:

  • Updated backend/README.md to document that C-FIND and C-MOVE (Study Root) are now implemented, describe supported query levels, query behaviors, configuration, and provide usage examples for findscu and movescu. [1] [2] [3]

Dependencies:

  • Added dicoogle-next-sdk as a main dependency and dicoogle-next-query-file and dicoogle-next-storage-file-rw as test dependencies in dicoogle-next-protocol-dimse/pom.xml to support plugin and storage operations required for DIMSE. [1] [2]
