Revise FAQ about changing the Dynamsoft resources path: fix grammar and titles, update last_modified date, and reorganize content into clear sections (how DWT loads resources, example project structure, step-by-step reference and ResourcesPath configuration, and a note explaining why both script paths and ResourcesPath are required). Also update the FAQ index entry text to match the new wording.
