I don't think we need to wait for aws/azure pathways, but maybe @briannebartlett feels differently

I'm ok with any home for this content, as long as it is somewhere :)
In my mind, it's acceptable that a page about 'your subscription' has info about 'your subscription level' and 'how to pay for your subscription'.
