Thanks for adding these docs! It's a pretty large PR, so I'm reviewing in batches. This batch of comments is for the Close false-positive alerts page.
- Say up front that proposed closures are Manual autonomy, the default, and that Supervised closes alerts without approval. - Add the Alert Triage defaults (every 15 minutes, every severity, 85%) and the settings that change them, including Excluded rule tags. - Give an example of alerts that share a pattern, based on the grouping key in Kibana's pattern_key.ts. - Say that approving needs the privileges to close alerts, and move the Attack Discovery warning into an important callout. - Put Check past closures before Reopen alerts closed by mistake, move the Closed Actions steps into it, and say how to find Alert Triage closures there. - Supervised closures say "Approved by Alert Triage worker", not Auto, since elastic/kibana#299625. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
…r own Since elastic/kibana#299625, Closed Actions names the Worker that approved a decision, such as "Approved by Alert Triage worker". Auto shows only when no decider was recorded. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Rename decide-proposed-action.md to close-false-positive-alerts.md and use-alertzero.md to work-in-alertzero.md, with redirects and TOC updates. Update content across the AlertZero pages and add an AlertZero tip to tune-detection-rules.md. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
- Align the response action approve outcome across Respond to an attack and Act on a hunt finding. Both Workers re-offer a failed action with the same deadline. - Fold the duplicated Undo a response action sections into the decide steps, and merge Reopen alerts closed by mistake into Check and reopen past closures. - Say on Work in AlertZero what each Proposed actions section holds, and drop the per-step reminders. Say how to tell response actions from a hunt and from an attack apart by their investigation's name. - Restore the Autonomy qualifier on the Attack Discovery verdict list. - Use active voice, name the Close investigation control, and point the glossary's proposed action entry at Work in AlertZero. Point the two markers that wait on the Watches and Workers reference at #9144 instead of the internal issue, to match the other markers in this PR. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Point the Next steps link at work-in-alertzero.md, which replaces use-alertzero.md in #9157. Fix 'analayst' in the custom role intro. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Replace the links to use-alertzero.md and decide-proposed-action.md, which #9157 renames or removes, with work-in-alertzero.md and close-false-positive-alerts.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
decide-proposed-action.md is removed in #9157. An escalation can link investigations of any kind, so point at Work in AlertZero, which routes to each decision page. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Point the links back to use-alertzero.md and decide-proposed-action.md. The renamed pages come from #9157, which hasn't merged yet, so the new links broke the build. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
work-in-alertzero.md exists only on the #9157 branch, so the link broke the build. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Replace numbered UI steps with prose that describes what to check and what each decision does. Give approving or declining a closure its own section, regroup the Endpoint Analysis explanation on Respond to an attack, fold the hunt's detection-coverage handoff into the outcomes section, rename unpublished anchors, and trim repeated content. Summary
Fixes elastic/docs-content-internal#1816.
Fixes elastic/docs-content-internal#1918.
Adds the AlertZero pages for reviewing and deciding the work that Workers propose. Work in AlertZero is the starting point, with one decision page for each kind of proposal:
The placeholder pages were renamed to match their tasks, with redirects from the old paths:
use-alertzero.mdis nowwork-in-alertzero.md.decide-proposed-action.mdis nowclose-false-positive-alerts.md.The "Review closed proposed actions" page was removed and redirected to the "Close false-positive alerts" page. The Attack Discovery and Tune detection rules pages also now link to the new pages.
Navigation
The new and renamed pages sit under Work in AlertZero, before the escalation pages, which this PR doesn't change.
