[Bug]: Video preview stopped working on Twitch.tv

Hi.
After updating Firefox to version 148.0.2, the video preview window does not appear when hovering the cursor over the channel name, however, hovering over the channel icon still triggers the image preview window.

Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue on Twitch.

With HoverZoom+ 1.1.15 on Firefox 154.0.1, the video/stream preview no longer appears when hovering over Twitch channel names. However, hovering over the channel icon still shows the image preview.

The issue started around August 27, 2026. HoverZoom+ continues to work normally on other websites.

My setup:

Firefox 154.0.1
HoverZoom+ 1.1.15
Twitch.tv

This seems to be the same issue described in this report, and it is still present in the latest Firefox and HoverZoom+ versions.

Update:

I did some further testing and found that the issue is not limited to Twitch.

HoverZoom+ currently seems to be affected on almost all websites I have tested. Twitch was simply where I first noticed the problem.

The issue started around August 26–27, 2026. Before that, HoverZoom+ was working normally for me.

Affected:
Twitch.tv and almost all other websites I have tested.

So this appears to be a general HoverZoom+/Firefox issue rather than a Twitch-specific issue.

I wanted to add this information because it may help narrow down the cause.
