Managed browser fails to refresh to a code change when Scene Editor is active #48

If the managed browser has the Scene Editor enabled and I do any code change which invokes a browser refresh, browser shows a screen with the following message.

IWSDK Scene Editor
Scene file does not exist.

When this happens the only way to "fix" it is restarting the dev environment:

npm run dev:down
npm run dev
