Sync humanize skill with the latest Signs of AI writing page

The Wikipedia "Signs of AI writing" page that the humanize skill is based on has changed since the skill was written on Aug 9, so the skill was missing newer patterns and still flagged one the page now treats as outdated.

• Add vague connections ("associated with", "connected to") with a bad and better example
• Flag advice on how to treat a source ("should be treated as X rather than Y"), the page's 2026 form of the knowledge-cutoff disclaimer
• Flag change summaries that list what was avoided, kept, or ensured
• Flag an opening heading that repeats the title and headings with no text above their subheadings
• Add "deep dive" to the word list and cover importance claims built on lists of media outlets, both already on the page in August
• Drop the elegant variation section, which the page moved to historical indicators because only older models did it
• Remove a stale TODO in the hook about building this skill, and bump humanize to 1.2.5
