Launcher meta files

Repository contains:

• JSON index of mapping between SHA1 hashes and it's corresponding CID's.
• Converted asset index from SHA1 to CID.
• Simplified versions of minecraft manifests.
• Utilities to easily update and generate new versions of the above.

All CID's are stored in IPFS (web3.storage).
