Convert the FlagCX communication handle to an LLVM AS1 pointer before passing it to flagcxDevNetSignalSigIncS and flagcxDevNetSignalSigAddS. This fixes the LLVM call operand type mismatch between i64 and !llvm.ptr<1>.
