Remove (or mark deprecated) older commands

I noticed the old commands like ipa-adduser, etc in https://www.freeipa.org/page/Administrators_Guide

then looking through the repo, looks like we’ve got more in:

• src/page/IPA_Change_Log_Monitor.rst
• src/page/IpaCommandLineTools.rst
• src/page/Administrators_Guide.rst

Should I update them to the appropriate ipa subcommands? Just mark the pages as deprecated? Another middle way?

I suggest adding a note stating that the page is obsolete, maybe with a link to https://www.freeipa.org/page/Quick_Start_Guide.

Yeah that would be good. These all date back to IPA v1.0.

May be we should simply remove those outdated pages completely?
