Part of #9073. CodeBuild's responses already read inputs with
_get_paramand returnActionResult/EmptyResult, so this only needs to enableautomated_parameter_parsing.The existing tests pass unchanged and cover all 8 operations. I also ran every operation (including the validation errors) before and after the change and compared the boto3-visible results; the only difference is the random
buildNumber.CodeBuild is one of the services in the CBOR protocol notice (#10379).
