feat: Support negative / bi-directional Bar Charts - #135

Bars on bar charts now extend below zero for negative data. Axis ranges spanning zero are aligned so zero lands on a label grid tick. Mark point pins rotate to face away from the bar tip, and series labels flip position for negative bars. Clearance reserves pixel headroom on both sides of diverging data to avoid clipping.
