Allow custom card sets in frontend

Idea is from @jason-costello - see details in #9.

Ideally this would be some kind of picker that would change the names that get displayed in the UI. I think we should be able to just change any code that reads from _EXTERNAL_NAMES in App.tsx.

It seems this project is no longer supported, but that would be really helpfull when using the solver for games that doesn't use the standard clue cards.
