What does this change?
Built atop #15428, this implements the revamped immersive article layouts.
Different arrangements are used depending on the main media's aspect ratio.
Why?
For a fair old while now interactive atoms have been used to create pages that look a bit like this and this. They're so widely used now that they really ought to be first class citizens of the platform.
