Migrates the Hedera smart contract verification docs from the self-hosted Sourcify instance (
verify.hashscan.io/server-verify.hashscan.io) to the canonical sourcify.dev v2 service, which now natively supports Hedera Mainnet (chain ID295) and Testnet (chain ID296).Also drops the trailing
-betafrom the core-concepts page slug, verification is no longer beta on Hedera and adds a redirect so external bookmarks keep working.
