改动说明

根据 #365 合并后的视觉反馈，打磨自选 / 持仓热力图：标题、图例和操作区采用清楚的层级；面积模式改为分段控制并用勾选标记当前选项；行业分组展示行业名、SIC 分类码和成分数；色块按可用空间展示股票代码、公司名与涨跌；统一红绿行情色阶、色块分隔和选中态，并优化窄屏高度。

本次仅调整热力图呈现和相应的视觉测试，不改变数据、权重或导航行为。
