Mostly just getting older build files in sync with the rest of the codebase. fast-math likely just causes problems without providing much benefit. In some tests, it could speed things up by ~1% but results were also fairly noisy with some tests showing worse performance. Enabling is likely to cause problems with deterministic sims and could also cause problems with gaussian distributions. -fno-finite-math-only eliminated any speed gains.
