feat(cli): let seo start sign in to or create a seoskill.dev account - #125

seo start now asks how to sign in: the seoskill.dev account (which creates it the first time and runs the seo login link), Google on this machine only, or skip. A machine already linked skips the question. seo login and seo start share one browser link helper.

seo startnow asks how to sign in:seo login; signing in with Google creates the account the first time. The CLI and the hosted MCP then share the account's Google accounts, Bing and keys.A machine already linked (or with
SEO_TOKEN) skips the question and shows the account. JSON and CI modes never prompt, as before. With the sign-up tracking PR (#123), these sign-ups are recorded ascliwith the agent.Docs (getting started, CLI), CLAUDE.md and the changelog say the same.
