chore: add Amp orb setup - #130

.agents/setupso fresh Amp orbs start with the toolchain and dependencies ready..node-version(the orb image ships a newer Node; CI uses 22) and puts it first on the login PATH.packageManager, then runspnpm install --frozen-lockfile..amp/portals/*.Checked in an orb: cold setup 16s, warm rerun 2.5s with no downloads.
pnpm build,typecheck,lintandtestpass in a clean login shell.
