First consolidation of the upstream backlog onto current v0.6.9. Merges upstream PR RightNow-AI#1267 (MiniMax M3 catalog + Anthropic driver) cleanly. Opens against fork main to run the 3-OS GitHub Actions CI as a green-checkpoint.
