feat: add preview features toggle

Adds a JBang setting that enables preview features by injecting --preview into plugin CLI invocations and Run/Debug launches.

What

• New JBangSettings.previewFeatures flag + checkbox in JBang settings.
• JBangCli.withPreview(command, enabled) helper inserts --preview right after the executable; applied globally in exec() and threaded through template list/lookup/init builders.
• Run and Debug command/shell builders honor the setting.
• New JBang Script dialog passes the setting to template commands.

Tests

• Added coverage in JBangCliParsingTest, JBangDebugTest, JBangRunConfigTest, JBangConfigurableTest, JBangSettingsTest.
