Lidero el equipo de Mejora Continua en Flow Pagos, una de las plataformas de pago más grandes de LATAM, gestionando estabilidad de plataforma y excelencia en ingeniería para Chile, Perú y México.
Mi trayectoria: Developer > CTO & Co-fundador (9 años, 100+ clientes, 300+ proyectos) > Tech Lead (20+ integraciones de pago) > Engineering Manager.
Fuera de lo técnico, soy Bombero Voluntario hace más de 11 años.
- Construir y operar software con agentes de código. No son demos: está en producción, con usuarios.
- Liderar equipos de ingeniería con foco en autonomía, feedback continuo y procesos de entrega.
- Construir herramientas internas con IA para automatizar procesos y mejorar la visibilidad del equipo.
- Tomar decisiones de arquitectura en plataformas de pago de alta disponibilidad.
- Escribir en español sobre ingeniería agéntica: administración de contexto, qué automatizar, dónde el agente no debe decidir.

I lead the Continuous Improvement team at Flow Pagos, one of the largest payment platforms in LATAM, managing platform stability and engineering excellence across Chile, Peru, and Mexico.
My path: Developer > CTO & Co-founder (9 years, 100+ clients, 300+ projects) > Tech Lead (20+ payment integrations) > Engineering Manager.
Outside of tech, I've been a Volunteer Firefighter for over 11 years.

- Lead engineering teams focused on autonomy, continuous feedback, and delivery processes.
- Build internal tools with AI to automate workflows and improve team visibility.
- Make architecture decisions for high-availability payment platforms.
