docs: SSO default role consistency across providers

Summary

• Adds a defaultRole configuration section to the Okta, Microsoft OIDC, and Google OIDC SSO pages — these were missing the step that Keycloak and Authentik already documented
• Removes stale EXPORT_PLUGIN_DEFAULTS and IMPORT_PLUGIN_DEFAULTS NAMESPACE actions from the defaultRole examples on Authentik, Google OIDC, Microsoft OIDC, and Okta (these actions were removed in 2.0 when pluginDefaults was deprecated)
• Removes stale "plugin default import" from the Developer role description on the RBAC overview page
• Editorial improvements to the Okta, Microsoft OIDC, and Google OIDC pages: opening sentence on Okta, UI label bolding, link text, heading clarity
