feat: link twelve thinly linked calculators, split stamp duty titles - #35

sdlt-calculator and uk-stamp-duty-calculator both pitched at "SDLT" plus "UK". The SDLT page now names England and Northern Ireland, the only places SDLT applies. Adds 43 related-calculator cards across 36 calculator pages. Targets are UK mortgage affordability, moving cost, fuel cost, road trip cost, water intake, Germany and France salary, date difference, time zone converter, birthday party, recipe scaler and SDLT. The link batch copied the icon and colour of the card above each new card, so "Time Zone Converter" showed a fire icon. Each new card now uses the icon and colour its target has in the calculator registry. The three new cards that point at the SDLT page drop "UK" from the title, in line with the title split in 15dafe1. These new user-facing cards use the explicitly banned word “journey” (also repeated on the business-mileage, car-buy-vs-lease, EV-vs-gas, and road-trip pages), while the added road-trip cards use the American term “gas” instead of British “petrol”. Replace the repeated descriptions with British copy that avoids the banned wording.
