Implement SimSystem //e (.iie) Write Support and Disk Creation

Summary

Add write capability and blank disk creation to the SimSystem //e (.iie) disk format driver, enabling modified tracks to be saved back to .iie files and blank .iie images to be created in the emulator.

Capabilities to Support

1. SimSystem //e Track Writing

   • Support writing modified track data back to .iie disk image files according to the track variant header (DOS 3.3, ProDOS, or raw nibble).
   • Update track header offsets and file contents when tracks are written.

2. Blank .iie Disk Creation

   • Support creating empty, formatted SimSystem //e (.iie) disk images.
